Overview
A comprehensive influencer and celebrity management platform for talent agencies — covering talent onboarding, profile management, brand deals, campaign management, task workflows, contracts, and payments. Built across three independent apps: public website, admin/manager/influencer dashboard, and backend API.
The Challenge
Designing a multi-tenant RBAC system where influencers, managers, and admins each get scoped access — plus a profile edit-approval workflow that keeps public portfolio pages accurate without giving talent direct publish access.
My Role
Architecting and building the full platform end-to-end: public marketing site, admin/manager/influencer dashboard, and REST API backend. Designed the RBAC system (Super Admin, Content Admin, Finance Admin, Manager, Influencer), profile edit-approval workflow, task management pipeline, brand CRM, and campaign/contract/payment modules.
Outcome
Core auth, RBAC, profile management, and task workflow modules are live in development; public talent portfolio pages and dashboard are actively being built out.
